Yoga + Ayurveda Practices

We Use movement, breath, journaling, Plant Medicine “Cacao”, and mantra to guide participants through clearing, empowerment, and self-trust.—held on sacred land beneath the open sky and the Full Moon Light.

We’ll begin with a guided gentle somatic movement, sunset hike through the ancient olive groves, allowing the beauty of the land to ground us and awaken our senses. From there, we’ll gather in circle for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, sipping this sacred plant medicine to gently open the heart and deepen our presence.

You’ll then be guided by Marleny asquith through a reflective writing Journaling practice, a Source Coding Journaling Guide to deepen the ceremony by giving participants a sacred space to:

• Identify outdated emotional and energetic patterns

• Reprogram limiting beliefs

• Anchor new intentions through the power of writing and awareness an invitation to tune inward, connect with your intuition, and set heartfelt intentions.

We are honored to welcome special guest Kelly Jean—a singer, sound alchemist, and ceremonialist. Her work supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner reconnection through sacred sound, breath, and presence. As the full moon rises, Kelly will guide us through transformational breathwork and vocal toning, opening channels of expression and healing. From this space of expanded awareness, you’ll be held in a sacred sound immersion, where healing chants, elemental melodies, and the vibrations of live instruments carry you into deep connection, emotional release, nervous system reset, and heart-centered integration.

Our Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual plant Medicine ritual that involves consuming ceremonial-grade cacao in a group setting to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration.

An Evening of Connection, Movement, Cacao, Journaling, Breath, Sound, Renewal, and Inner Harmony, closing with a Sacred Fire Circle.
